Assessing Your Dx Progress
Our research indicates that institutions are starting to make progress on their digital transformation goals, although some institutions are moving at a faster pace than others. This section will help you assess your institution’s progress so you can be prepared to continue the next phase of your Dx journey.
Institutions are inching closer to their ideal future state. On a scale of 1 to 10, IT leaders on average rated their institution 3.8 in 2019 and 4.8 in 2021 when asked how closely their institution resembled an idealized digitally transformed institution.
